Especially if you call at 3 a.m. Why else would you call that early? When you call after normal business hours, a recorded message will direct you to select one of three choices: one for urgent medical deliveries, and a second for urgent commercial or industrial deliveries such as bringing in a part to repair a machine before the day shift begins. Each of the first two selections connects you directly with one of our staff. If the delivery request can wait for normal business hours, your third choice will be to leave a message. We don't mind that you call us at 3 a.m. with a non-urgent request, so long as you don't insist on waking us up.
